ICAR Conference (May 21^st May 26^th) fees are as follows: 

1.250 €  Onsite 
   980 €  Regular fee (1^st April to 20th May) 
   750 €  Early birds (before 31^st March) 
   590 €  Students and European groups: RUMIGEN, SMARTER, ERPF (valid until 12^th May, afterwards full regular rate)

CONFERENCE PACKAGES

ICAR conference participants. Two days (May 24^th and May 25^th): access to all plenary sessions, access to workshops (previous registration, up to maximum sitting capacity), access to exhibition area and posters area, 2 coffee-breaks and 1 lunch per day.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS TO BE BOOKED

143 € Gala Dinner: Thursday May 25^th. (Must be booked during registration process, as it will not be available to book on site)

100 € Professional Tour on Friday including transportation, visit to farm and lunch

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations or substitution requests must be sent by email

• Up to April 30^th: Reimbursement of full registration fees except €100 for administration fee.

• After April 30^th: Not reimbursement will be done
