  TOUR 2 (Avila – “A real case from farm to consumer”: The Avileña Negra-Ibérica integrated system (Beef farm + Feedlot + Cutting plant +Retailer) + lunch)

     10:15 – Departure from Toledo
     11:45 – Arrival at livestock farm Finca Migas Malas (Lagartera, Toledo). Visit of 60 minutes.
     12:45 – Departure to Avila
     15:00 – Lunch hotel 4 postes (to be confirmed)
     16:30 – Visit to the ICAV cutting room. Visit of 30 min.
     17:00 – Control Centre (Riocabado, Avila)

  TOUR 3 (Madrid – Goat farm and goat cheese factory + lunch)

     10:15 – Departure from Toledo
     11:15 – Arrival at livestock farm San Martin de la Vega. Visit of 60 minutes.
     12:15 – Visit to Cheese farm
     14:00 – Lunch at Complejo de la Cigüeña
